Study of synthesis and properties of cystamine modified oligonucleotides

PhD project: The presented project involves both basic and application research based on the cross-linking of biopolymers (nucleic acid and peptides) in molecular sciences. Cross-linking will be implemented by modiefied nucleic acids contained the disulfide linkers like cystamine which modify the polymers in the chemical interaction to create the future cross-link bonds. An MSc in Chemistry or closely related field, and experience with organic synthesis are requirements for the position.

This project will be hosted at FutureSynthesis sp. z o.o. (Poznan, Poland), with secondments and training visits to other consortium partners.
